In the 11 days since the Breeders' Cup Distaff, some of the fillies and mares have gone through the sales ring, others to their owners' farms to become broodmares, and others will be returning to the races.

Here's a recap of what is known so far about the plans for the 2025 Breeders' Cup Distaff field. Horses are in order of how they finished in the Distaff.

Scylla. Scylla, trained by Bill Mott for owner-breeder Juddmonte, was retired to Juddmonte's broodmare band after her decisive Breeders' Cup Distaff victory. She finished her career with a 16: 6-5-3 record and almost $2.3 million in earnings. She is from a powerful family: She is a Tapit daughter of multiple Grade 1-winning champion Close Hatches and a full sister to both multiple graded-stakes winner Tacitus and Grade 3 winner Batten Down.

Nitrogen. After her second-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Distaff, Nitrogen shipped back to her trainer Mark Casse's farm in Ocala for a break. A graded-stakes winner on turf and dirt as a 3-year-old, Nitrogen is 12: 6-4-2 with earnings of just over $2 million. She is expected to return to racing as a 4-year-old if she stays healthy.

Regaled. Trainer Whit Beckman plans to bring this 4-year-old daughter of Mohaymen, a half-sister to his Kentucky Oaks runner-up Drexel Hill, back in 2026. Regaled might run one more time this year as Beckman plans to nominate her for the Falls City (G3) on Nov. 27 at Churchill Downs. Regaled is currently 18: 4-2-4 with earnings of $678,810. She won for the first time at the graded-stakes level Sept. 28 when she closed from last and rallied 6 1/4 lengths clear in the Delaware Handicap (G3), her last start before the Breeders' Cup.

Clicquot. One of the up-and-comers later in the 3-year-old season, Clicquot won four straight races, including the Indiana Oaks (G3) and the Cotillion (G1) leading into her trip to Del Mar for the Breeders' Cup. The daughter of Quality Road is 6:4-0-0 with $940,153 in earnings. No announcement has been made about what comes next after her fourth-place effort in the Distaff.

Dorth Vader. Dorth Vader went through the ring at the Fasig-Tipton November sale on Nov. 3. Buyers bid up to $1.95 million, but she did not meet her reserve. According to a report afterward by Brock Sheridan at the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' and Owners' Association, owner John Ropes plans to keep her as a broodmare but has not decided which stallion he will breed her to. Dorth Vader, a 5-year-old Girvin mare, was retired with a 18: 5-3-1 career line, including a win in the Ogden Phipps (G1) this year, and almost $1.1 million in earnings.

Gun Song. Gun Song was offered at the Fasig-Tipton November sale on Nov. 3, but the $1.8 million bid did not meet her reserve. The 4-year-old daughter of Gun Runner, a $400,000 purchase as a 2-year-old by owner Lee Lewis, is trained by Mark Hennig. She has yet to break through at the Grade 1 level but has two Grade 2 wins among her 17: 5-5-2 career line and has amassed $955,720 in earnings.

Sarawak Rim. Sarawak Rim, whose seventh-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Distaff was both her first start in North America and the final start for trainer Ignacio Correas IV, went through the sales ring at Keeneland on Nov. 4. Bidding reached $725,000 for the Argentina Group 1 winner, but that did not meet her reserve. According to a subsequent report at Turf Diario, she will remain in the U.S. and be trained by Rusty Arnold going forward. She will rest in Florida for the winter before going to Kentucky in the spring. So far, the 4-year-old daughter of Remote has earned $65,242 across a 6: 4-1-0 career, with her only off-the-board finish coming in the Distaff.

Dry Powder. Another later-blooming 3-year-old, this Chad Summers trainee broke through at the stakes level in the Cathryn Sophia and subsequently was second to Clicquot in the Cotillion. Plans have not been announced for this daughter of Gun Runner after her eighth-place run in the Distaff.

Majestic Oops. Over the last two years, Majestic Oops made the improbable rise from the Northern-California claiming ranks to the Breeders' Cup. Though she has yet to win a graded-stakes race, the Dan Ward trainee has an impressive 33: 7-11-4 record, including a Grade 1 placing in the Ballerina (G1) at Saratoga this summer, and $636,559 in earnings. No plans have yet been announced for her since her ninth-place finish at the Breeders' Cup.

Alice Verite. Alice Verite has been retired to North Hills Farm as a broodmare after her 10th-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Distaff, according to a report at Tokyo Sports Keiba. The 5-year-old daughter of Kizuna, trained by Kazuya Nakatake, was retired with a 26: 4-7-4 career record and just over $1 million in earnings.

Seismic Beauty. Seismic Beauty grabbed a quarter after bobbling early in the Breeders' Cup Distaff, according to a report from Brad Free of Daily Racing Form, and finished 11th as the favorite. After the race she sold to new owners Randy and Jenny Boyd for $2.5 million. They plan to keep the daughter of Uncle Mo with Bob Baffert and race her as a 5-year-old in 2026, according to Free. So far, Seismic Beauty has earned $476,840 in an 8: 4-2-1 career that features a victory in the Clement Hirsch Stakes (G1) in August at Del Mar.

Gin Gin. This 4-year-old Hightail filly, a Calumet Farm homebred trained by Brendan Walsh, earned a defining victory in the Spinster (G1) at Keeneland on Oct. 5, but broke through the gate before the Breeders' Cup Distaff and was eased before walking off the course. Her record stands at 14: 4-3-2 with $942,796 in earnings. No plans for her have been announced.
