The Player, who's back home at co-breeder, owner and trainer Buff Bradley's Frankfort, Ky., property, is a horse who Bradley says has quite the personality. Fans will get to see it up close, as they have been invited to Indian Ridge Farm to see the 5-year-old.

"We will have two different days that you may pick from to come out and see Angus and get a picture with him," Bradley wrote on The Player's Facebook page. "He is glad to be back on the farm and ready to see some visitors!"

Dates and times: Oct. 13 from 3-7 p.m. and Nov. 4 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

"He’s such a smart horse and he wouldn’t push himself to allow his leg to heal," Bradley said last week. "Does his leg look the same? No. However, I know it is not in any pain. He’s back grazing at the farm and in the stall right across from (Grade 1 winner) Brass Hat. Now, I’ll have to see if a farm out there is interested to have him meet a couple of girlfriends.”
