Have you heard the story about the trainer and his losing favorite in the Kentucky Derby? No, we're not talking about 2001 and your colt, Point Given.

Rather, this was a speedster that dominated his final Kentucky Derby prep race three weeks before the big event. He had shown incomparable brilliance going one and one-eighth miles. The betting public responded and wagered gobs of cash on his chances.
