Blind Luck beat Havre De Grace for the fourth time in six outings in an outstanding renewal of the Grade 2 Delaware Handicap.

As expected, Life At Ten went to the front from the inside post and traded early punches with Thundering Emilia through splits of :23-3/5, :47-4/5, and 1:12-2/5.

Life At Ten put away her longshot pace rival but Havre De Grace had dead aim turning for home.

Havre De Grace briefly opened up but Blind Luck was grinding away under Garrett Gomez and they battled all the way to the wire with Blind Luck getting her nose down on the line.

Havre De Grace had no excuses sitting a perfect trip over her home track for trainer Larry Jones.  Life At Ten finished 3rd and was follwed by Love's Blush and Thundering Emilia.

Blind Luck, a 4-year-old daughter of Pollard's Vision, stopped the clock in 2:01-1/5 and paid $4.20 for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer.
