Beyond the Crown: Stay Thirsty Regains Top Spot

Stay Thirsty was my original top ranked colt when I first started tracking the current three-year-old class almost a year ago. He was a bit slow to develop this year but started coming into his own with a place finish in the G1 Belmont Stakes, followed by back-to-back Saratoga tallies in the G2 Jim Dandy and G1 Travers. The Pletcher/Repole runner is no longer referred to as Uncle Mo’s stablemate

and he is a serious contender for the 3yo title. He received a 101 BSF for his Travers victory.
