Belmont Stakes 2022: See 11 horses in updated offshore odds
The more time that passes between Triple Crown races, the more that two-time Grade 2 winner Mo Donegal is favored to win June 11 in the Belmont Stakes. At least that has been the case with one offshore bookmaker who cut the fifth-place Kentucky Derby finisher from last week’s odds just over 5-2 (plus 275) to just under (plus 225) by Monday night.
We the People, who won the Peter Pan (G3) at Belmont Park this month, remained the 7-2 (plus 350) second choice.
Long-shot Kentucky Derby winner Rich Strike drifted from 4-1 last week to 9-2 (plus 450) on Monday night.
Creative Minister, who finished third in the Preakness, also sent longer, going from 6-1 to 13-2 (plus 650).
With 11 horses widely reported to be possible starters in the Belmont, these were the offshore odds Wednesday morning. This list includes trainers, possible jockey assignments and sires.
