Forbidden Kingdom, Baffert runners lead Thursday's work tab

Bob Baffert had two of his recent graded-stakes winners working at Santa Anita Thursday morning. Also, recent San Vicente (G2) winner Forbidden Kingdom returned to work for trainer Richard Mandella.

Eda, winner of the Starlet (G1) who was scratched from last Sunday's Las Virgenes (G2), and Essential Wager, winner of the Palos Verdes (G3), each worked four furlongs. And Varda, last seen winning the 2020 Starlet, worked five furlongs.
