Authentic, Speech highlight Thursday's graded stakes works
Authentic worked the fastest six furlongs of the day at Del Mar for trainer Bob Baffert on Thursday morning as he prepares for the 2020 Kentucky Derby. Grade 1 Ashland Stakes winner Speech put forth a solid 5 furlong drill at Del Mar for trainer Michael McCarthy. She will likely start next in the Kentucky Oaks.
