American Pharoah is the winner of the 2015 Kentucky Derby!
Trainer Bob Baffert gets his fourth win in America's greatest race, the first for owner Ahmed Zayat. Jockey Victor Espinoza gets his second Derby victory in a row, after piloting California Chrome in 2014. American Pharoah went off as the 5-2 favorite in the 18-horse field, in front of a record crowd of 170,513.
Firing Line with jockey Gary Stevens was second, and Baffert's other entry, Dortmund, was third under jockey Martin Garcia. Frosted and Joel Rosario closed for fourth.
We'll have much more to come - stay tuned!
