Achiever’s Legacy will be leaving her Southern California base to run in the $400,000 Fantasy Stakes (G3) for 3-year-old fillies April 4 at Oaklawn, co-owner Richard Robertson said Saturday morning.

Trained by Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer, Achiever’s Legacy has a 2-0-2 record from eight lifetime starts and earnings of $138,060. The daughter of City Zip scored her biggest career victory in the $100,000 Desi Arnaz Stakes Nov. 16 at Del Mar. She is coming off a fourth-place finish in the $100,000 Santa Ysabel Stakes (G3) Feb. 28 at Santa Anita.

Achiever’s Legacy was nominated to the $150,000 Honeybee Stakes (G3) March 7 at Oaklawn, but her connections decided to keep the filly on the West Coast for the Santa Ysabel.

Robertson, a Camden, Ark., businessman, also co-owns multiple stakes winner Delta Flower, winner of the 2014 Rainbow Miss Stakes at Oaklawn. The 4-year-old Arkansas-bred filly is also trained by Hollendorfer.

There was no disqualification in the race since Hidden Candy finished second to Karlyrae’swarrior.
