- Mark Valeski – The powerful winner of the Peter Pan Stakes on May 12 at Belmont Park
- Alpha – Finished twelfth in the Kentucky Derby
- Rousing Sermon - 8th in the Kentucky Derby
- Street Life – Third in the Peter Pan
- Optimizer - 6th in the Preakness
- Paynter – Trained by Bob Baffert, he won an allowance race on the Preakness Day card at Pimlico
- Stealcase - Third in the Derby Trial at Churchill Downs
- Guyana Star Dweej - 2nd in a recent Belmont allowance race
- Five Sixteen - 4th in a recent Belmont allowance race
- Atigun - Winner of a recent Churchill Downs allowance race
More horses could be added to the lineup over the course of the next three weeks until the post position draw on Wednesday, June 6.
