ZATT’s Kentucky Derby Contest & Cold, Hard Cash

Zipse’s Kentucky Derby Daily – Day 4

Calling all Kentucky Derby Players! You are cordially invited to participate in the First Annual ZATT on Horse Racing Nation Kentucky Derby Contest … and this one is for more than just bragging rights!

To enter the contest all you need to do is pick your Top 5 Derby horses in order and the final running time of the race.

The rules are simple: Your top selection will be running for win, place, and show money based on a $2 bet. Your second selection will be running for place and show money. Your third selection will be running for show money. Your fourth selection will be running for show money, but only based on a $1 bet. Your fifth selection will come in to play as an alternate in case of a late scratch. If there is a late scratch of one of your Top 4, each horse will move up once, making the alternate your fourth selection. The winner of the contest will be the player who collects the most money from their $13 worth of wagers.

In the event of a tie, the contestant who selects the final time closest to the hundreth of a second, will be declared the winner.

The 2011 Champion will not only take home the honor of being the first ever champion of the ZATT on Horse Racing Nation Kentucky Derby Contest, but they will also win a $200 win bet placed on the horse of their choosing in the 2011 Preakness Stakes.

All entries should be made as a comment on this blog, must include your name, and be submitted by Friday at 8pm Eastern.

Remember, you can't win it if you are not in it ... Have fun and good luck to all!
