The clear favorite for Kentucky Derby 2016 is the undefeated champion, Nyquist. Perfect in seven starts, the son of Uncle Mo was an impressive winner of last week's Grade 1 Florida Derby.

Since the win in South Florida, the Doug O'Neill-trained champion has shipped to Lexington, Kentucky to train up to the Run for the Roses at Keeneland.

I had the chance to visit Nyquist this morning at his barn at Keeneland, and discuss how he is doing only four weeks away from his biggest test to date with assistant trainer, Jack Sisterson.
