Change

I have enjoyed following thoroughbred horse racing literally my entire life. I have grown tired, though. Tired of defending a sport seemingly unwilling to help itself. Racing has consistently missed the scheduled pick-up, but now is the time to take out the trash, once and for all. Take care of the horses. Fix what’s broken, or lose loyal fans. Bring about real change, or forget about future fans. As it stands now, I’m losing the will to take my 5 ½-year-old daughter to the races. How sad is that?
