Welcome to the first episode of The Racing Heart Podcast. This show is all about creating a space to tune in and connect to the great stories about horse racing from around the world. It’s a place to hear about the horses and people that have impacted lives or touched our hearts as part of this great sport.

For Episode 1, we welcome Liesl King, a horse racing photographer and journalist from South Africa who travels all over the world, photographing the best Group 1 events, and all the while really loving the horses themselves. Inside this episode, Liesl shares a perspective and voice that we don’t always hear from in the racing world, and illuminates just how global the love of horse racing is today.
