I had a chance to talk to Todd Pletcher, the trainer of 2016 Preakness Stakes new shooter Stradivari, at his Belmont Park barn. Pletcher goes through the three-race career of the promising son of Medaglia d’Oro. After winning his last two races by a total of nearly 26 lengths while racing around two turns at Gulfstream Park and then Keeneland, Stradivari is one of the most interesting additions to this year’s Triple Crown scene.
