Another day, another wild overseas occurrence in racing.
On the heels of the New Zealand horse and jockey taking a tumble, then rallying to win a race, we now head to France for another bizarre incident Saturday. This one involved a pre-race dip in the infield lake by a pacer and his driver.
Luckily, the water was shallow enough for the horse to walk out...but his rider didn't quite hang on for a triumphant return to land.
