A visit with Michael Trombetta, trainer of leading 2020 Kentucky Derby hopeful Independence Hall, leads off a new edition of the Horse Racing Talk podcast.
Trombetta said the 3-for-3 son of Constitution remains possible for either the Sam F. Davis (G3) and Risen Star Stakes (G2) next on the Derby trail,
"You want to make sure that you're giving him every chance to accumulate some earnings and points, but you can only go so fast with these guys," he said.
Hear the full interview, plus a conversation about Thursday night's Eclipse Awards and a handicapping discussion on Saturday's Pegasus World Cup (G1).
