This week, your HorseCenter hosts Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman unveil their choices for the best of American racing in the first half of 2019. The guys agree on Bricks and Mortar as Horse of the Year, but they debate a few of the division races, too.
Also included in a new show is an Ohio Derby preview, with Saturday's Grade 3, $500,000 race at JACK Thistledown including a pair of Triple Crown runners.
There's a look back as well at two main weekend features. There's time reviewing the upsets of Maximum Security in Monmouth Park's Pegasus Stakes and Gift Box in the Stephen Foster (G2).
As always, thanks for watching the show.
