This week on HorseCenter your hosts Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman reveal their new 2022 Kentucky Derby Top 10 rankings. The guys also handicap the race of the week, the Fountain of Youth, along with two more preps on the Derby trail, the San Felipe and Gotham.
At Gulfstream Park, the Fountain of Youth (G2) drew a full field that includes an unbeaten Todd Pletcher runner in Emmanuel. The outcome of the Gotham at Aqueduct, which has 10 3-year-olds entered, might be determined by the speedy pace scenario expected in the one-turn mile. Out west at Santa Anita, the San Felipe (G3) has only seven runners, and a Richard Mandella trainee is the probable favorite.
