HorseCenter: Breeders' Cup 2024 top turf contenders

This week on HorseCenter, Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman continue their coverage of the 2024 Breeders' Cup at Del Mar as each host offers their current top five contenders for all seven grass races next month at Del Mar. Strong contenders from Europe and Japan promise to challenge the Americans on our own turf.

Rebel’s Romance is back from the barn of Charlie Appleby with his 14 career victories and $9 million in earnings to represent England in the Breeders’ Cup Turf. He will face off against top American turf stars Far Bridge and Truly Quality in the featured $5 million grass race on Saturday, Nov. 2.
