Belmont Stakes Day picks and plays on HorseCenter

Today on HorseCenter, your hosts Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman handicap the field for the 2021 Belmont Stakes and four of the other Grade 1 races on the huge day of racing at Belmont Park.

The guys have picks for two races on the distaff side of things. For the older fillies and mares in the Ogden Phipps, can Swiss Skydiver bounce back from her disappointing finish in the Apple Blossom? The 3-year-old fillies will go a mile in the Acorn, where Matt and Brian agree on a long shot, but not on the winner.

The 3-year-old sprinters tangle in the Woody Stephens, and the older males will battle in the Met Mile. The picks of the guys vary quite a lot in these two races.
