$25,000 Head to Head Championship: Meet the August Final Four
The $25,000 August Head to Head Championship is down to only four players. They've battled through four tough matches to get to the third weekend of play and a $10,000 payout is directly in sight. Let's meet the players who make up this month's Final Four.
Kenneth McMahan (Badkenny) has really come into form in this month's Head to Head Championship. He's taken down DerbyWars $100,000 Game Winner, Barbara Bowley, in the Elite Eight and three other solid players. Check out Kenny's big wins in the fist two rounds, Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight.
Robert Flaska (Pugsley) comes into the Final Four with the lowest four-round scoring average, but more importantly owns four tenacious victories. Flaska may have to increase his final total against McMahan, but if the match gets close in the late stages, Flaska certainly knows how to squeeze out the win. Mike Martin (Actioncatxmike) has sailed through the bracket with a couple close calls and an absolute thrashing in the second round. Martin took out Josh Frederick (Freddie4thewin) with a big margin of $88.30. After beating Summersquall in the Elite Eight, the 'Action Cat' was on his way to the Final Four and a big payout. Evan Trommer (Dawhof) is a Grade I winning thoroughbred owner and might just own the August Head to Head trophy if he keeps up his good play. Entering the Sweet Sixteen, Trommer had two entries still alive and has survived one of them to make his Final Four appearance. Trommer's tournament highlight has been a $50.70-$0.00 beating of Head to Head giant Duane Dotts (Duane16858) in the Elite Eight.
