No. 1 Well Connected (5-2) was part of the exacta in his last seven starts. He won a pair of local races at this distance earlier this year. The fresh horse is versatile and should make his presence felt from the outset.

No. 7 Flipping Fish (9-5) earned quality speed ratings in his last two starts at Mahoning Valley. He likes this distance and has won at Tampa Bay before. The consistent gelding figures to stalk the pace while out in the clear.

No. 5 He’s In Charge (5-1) added blinkers and ran well in his last two dirt sprints. He exits a local $5k claiming victory and was nabbed out of that heat by Robert Smith. A stalking trip is anticipated.

No. 9 Henry’s World (8-1) should impact the pace from the outside post. He returned to dirt and landed the place in a local claiming sprint on Nov. 24.
