Wednesday’s eighth race at Parx Racing is the $75,000 Blitzen Stakes for 4-year-olds and up dashing six furlongs on the main track. The scheduled post time is 3:04 p.m. EST.

No. 2 Smooth B (3-1) battled on the pace and prevailed in a local allowance sprint on Nov. 8. He owns competitive speed ratings and should make his presence felt throughout. Paco Lopez seemingly chose him over Twisted Ride.
No. 8 Twisted Ride (9-2) figures to mix it up early from the outside post, and the race shape might be to his liking. He usually finishes in the top three at Parx.
No. 6 Repo Rocks (2-1) worked out a nice stalking trip and edged Twisted Ride by a neck in a similar local stakes race on Nov. 23. He is an obvious contender if able to run two alike.
No. 1 Yodel E. A. Who (8-1) was last seen rallying for the show in an extended sprint stakes race at Laurel Park. He handles this oval and likes this distance.
