#6 QUALITY CHOICE (5-2) caught wet tracks in his last two local routes and hit the board both times. We frequently see romping winners and strung out fields in the slop, and I thought he ran well both times all things considered. He won a local fast track route Sept. 1 and can run past these in the lane.

#1 Rock On Luke (8-5) finished in the top three in all five sprint starts. He is probably going to the early lead from the rail and will take them as far as he can. If he gets the distance he probably goes all the way but that is no guarantee at underlaid odds.

#8 Postino’s Vow (3-1) fired trifecta shots in eight of his last ten starts. The Monmouth Park shipper owns competitive numbers and should be heard from late.

#5 Over Sensual (10-1) should be in a good stalking spot behind the speed. I don’t think he is a serious win contender based on his 0-for-7 record this year and 0-for-8 stats at this distance, but he is a viable threat underneath.
