No. 7 Krispy Rice (6-1) won her last three local starts. She keeps stepping up and winning, and she is getting faster. The sharp mare should be finishing at a hint of a price.

No. 8 Nom de Plume (5-2) ran well in all four starts. The Uncle Mo filly graduated in her local sprint bow in 2022, and she competed in route races in her other three starts. Paulo Lobo has good stats with layoff runners.

No. 5 Up and Down (3-1) removes blinkers and cuts back to her winning distance. The versatile filly is fast enough to win this for a productive jockey-trainer team.

No. 4 Hideki (7-2) rallied to win a turf sprint when last seen in October. She likes this oval, and her trainer is enjoying a productive meet.
