No. 5 Hannah's Haven (3-1) romped in a maiden claiming dirt sprint at Churchill Downs May 12. Ron Faucheux is enjoying a fine meet and she should be in the thick of things from the outset if she duplicates her last.

No. 4 First I’ve Seen (5-2) landed the show in her last two local starts at one mile including a stakes affair June 4. She graduated in a dirt sprint and projects a stalking trip for a strong route/sprint barn.

No. 1 Absolutely (2-1) exits back-to-back runner-up finishes on turf and she romped in a local special weight affair at one mile on dirt before that. She might run out of ground at this sprint distance.

No. 3 Patmepatmepatme (7-2) got away with below par splits from the outside post in her sharp debut maiden win at seven panels June 18. Her trainer has been struggling with recent graduates trying winners for the first time, and the pace should be quicker in this shorter event.

No. 6 Mariah’s Candy (10-1) makes her first start in more than eight months. She earned competitive speed ratings in dirt sprints last year and rates a look if she is ready to go off the bench.
