No. 4 Templet (6-1) exits a sharp front running victory at Mountaineer. He captured a local claiming route in May and should make his presence felt throughout under Pablo Morales.
No. 7 Flawless Bourbon (4-1) stretches back out in distance and figures to show the way early. He fired trifecta shots in his last seven local routes and catches a favorable race shape.
No. 1 Robby’s Ransom (6-1) tries a route of ground for the first time. In his last two local tries, he stalked and scored at six panels and rallied wide for a minor award from an outer post last time. He might be able to impact the pace from the rail.
No. 6 Strike the Top (7-2) adds blinkers and projects a decent stalking trip. He handles all-weather ground, but his local record is not very good.
