No. 9 Souper Stonehenge (7-2) invades from Woodbine and he won a pair of graded races at this distance at that venue last year. This is just his second outing of the year, and he owns the best overall pace ratings and should make his presence felt from the outset.

No. 10 Outadore (6-1) is 4-for-6 lifetime and 2-for-2 on all-weather ground, but he cannot stay healthy. This is his first start in more than a year and he should be forwardly placed from the outside post.

No. 6 Smoky Blues (8-1) smartly captured his last two local sprints. This is the right time to step up to face stakes foes and he projects a stalking trip for quality local connections.

No. 5 The Sinner Is You (5-1) won his last six local starts and can make some noise if he handles the class hike. A stalking trip is anticipated.

Wagers:

No. 9 to win
