No. 7 Rob the Rich (3-1) fired trifecta shots in his last four starts. He earned a decent speed rating in a clear show finish in a similar local event at this distance on Feb. 13. He cuts back a half-furlong to his winning distance, and an outside stalking trip is expected.
No. 3 Five Dreams (8-5) finished a half-length in front of my top choice on Feb. 13. Twisted Ride won that race, and he clicked right back in the Fishtown Stakes. This gelding was also in the Fishtown, and he dueled and weakened to fourth that day.
No. 1 One More Scoop (6-1) had a bad start and raced wide in his career debut, and he won three straight dirt sprints from a stalking position after that. He stalked and faded in a route last time, and he turns back in his third start after a layoff.
No. 2 Practical Way (8-1) moved to the Juan Avila barn and won two local dirt sprints earlier this year. He broke last and failed to fire at Laurel Park last time. He might bounce back at his winning venue.
