Tuesday's Best Bet: Ritaan can move up at Presque Isle
Tuesday’s seventh race at Presque Isle Downs is an optional-claiming event for fillies and mares dashing six furlongs on the all-weather surface. The scheduled post time is 5:42 p.m. EDT.

No. 3 Ritaan (7-2) earned a decent speed rating in a local maiden sprint win from off the pace on June 19, and the show finisher was a next-out winner. She might offer a hint of wagering value under strong local rider Antonio Gallardo.
No. 5 Calvary Cat (3-1) overcame a less-than-ideal trip to break her maiden at this course and distance July 3. Pablo Morales seemingly chose her over Ritaan, and she might show more professionalism second time out.
No. 1 Zip Code Envy (9-2) likes to stalk the pace and usually is in the mix in local sprints. She adds blinkers for her new trainer Maria Bowersock, and she fits with these.
No. 7 Dreamful (5-2) is 1-for-16 overall, and she was a real money burner for Brad Cox. William Martin is her new trainer, and she probably will try to rally from the outside post. She likes hitting the board, and I will use her underneath.
