No. 8 Recruiter (5-2) captured all three dirt sprints at shorter distances, and the runner-up from his last start was a next-out allowance winner as the heavy favorite at Charles Town. The early-pressing type owns the best overall speed ratings and drew a comfortable post position.
No. 5 Winning Time (7-2) was sensational in his romping debut, and the clear runner-up was a next-out winner. In his last start in the Parx Nursery, he had a smooth early-pressing trip from the outside post. He drew a decent middle post in this event, and he meets others with early speed.
No. 6 El Di Chimi (6-1) fired in his first two dirt starts and lost his punch in his last two turf-route stakes attempts. He is back on dirt and shows a local bullet workout for this, and he should be finishing at playable odds.
No. 1 Ninetyprcentmaddie (4-1) won his first three starts and raced evenly in the Parx Nursery. He was stuck inside at this distance last time and will have to overcome the inside post in this extended sprint. Paco Lopez wins races with this barn.
No. 4 Daydreaming Boy (9-2) got an easy lead and romped in the local mud second time out, and the runner-up was a next-out winner. He was clearly second best behind unbeaten gelding Howgreatisnate in the Future Stars Stakes last time.
