No. 4 Power Slam (3-1) is back in the Federico Villafranco barn. He ran well for this outfit at Remington Park last year, and he does some of his best work when he gets involved early.
No. 5 Lake Bee (5-2) was part of the trifecta in his last seven starts. The consistent gelding should get pace to chase.
No. 6 Okie Smoke (9-2) captured his last two starts. He wired the field as the favorite in a maiden race at Remington Park in December and rallied for the win in a local allowance race as the favorite on March 5.
No. 1 Chasin Jason (5-1) won both of his starts as a juvenile. He pressed from an outer post in his sprint bow, and controlled the pace in a flat-mile stakes race second time out. He figures to save ground behind the speed this time.
