Tuesday's Best Bet: He's In Charge the boss in Housbuster

Tuesday’s 7th race from Colonial Downs is the Housebuster Overnight Handicap for three-year-olds dashing seven furlongs on the main track (Post Time 4:33 p.m. ET).

#4 HE’S IN CHARGE (9-2) won twice in five outings and both victories occurred after short layoffs. He has been freshened for this and projects a tactical trip from a middle post under his winning rider Miguel Mena. 

#3 Shadow Rider (5-2) was in the hunt throughout in each of his three sharp dirt sprint efforts. The early-pressing type exits back-to-back wins and the runner-up from his last was a next-out winner. 

#7 Therideofalifetime (7-2) exits a nice late running victory from the inside post at this distance under the Twin Spires. He will probably stalk outside this time. 

#1 Exculpatory (6-1) earned improved speed ratings in his last two sharp efforts at Pimlico. He figures to save ground behind the speed. 

#5 Marvalous Mike (5-1) lost his first eight career starts but put it all together with victories in his last three outings at Parx. The razor sharp, tactical colt will need to run a bit faster to compete for the win. 

#2 Rolling Fork (5-1) exits an even 4th at this distance and will need to find a bit more energy in the stretch. He should attend the pace.  

#6 Pico d’Oro (12-1) was claimed out of his last start for $75k. He was a decent juvenile last year but has struggled since a close-up show finish in the Jimmy Winkfield Stakes Jan. 31.
