No. 6 CUATRO MADRES (3-1) ran well in all four starts at Remington Park last year. The versatile gelding stretches back out in his first start in more than five months and might try to jump to the early lead in a race with a murky pace scenario.

No. 4 Rowdy Rascal (5-2) had a productive juvenile campaign with three wins and more than $146k in earnings. He started off 2022 with a local sprint win as the favorite and stretched out and finished a clear, distant 3rd in the slop as the beaten chalk May 3.

No. 1 Legionary (5-1) exits an improved show finish in a local flat mile state bred allowance event. He puts blinkers back on and will probably save ground stalking the pace.

Wagers:

No. 6 to win
