Thursday’s 10th race at Fair Grounds is a $59,000 allowance event for Louisiana-bred fillies and mares who have never won three races. They will be traveling a mile and 70 yards on the main track. The scheduled post time is 6:33 p.m. EST.

No. 7 Drewsilla (9-2) stalked slow fractions and landed the show in a similar local route Feb. 8. She has struck twice at this distance and is capable of winning this race from a stalking position.

No. 9 Anita’s Vision (9-2) scored in her first start after a layoff Jan. 7 and regressed at 4-1 odds Feb. 8. She might bounce back in her third start after a layoff.

No. 10 Shes a Lucky Girl (7-2) stretched back out, carved out slow splits and was clearly second best in a similar local dirt route Feb. 8. She probably will try to make the early lead from the outside post.

No. 2 Mo Smoking (6-1) dropped into a restricted claiming race and missed by a head as the favorite in the slop Jan. 25. She is back in the allowance ranks and projects an inner tactical trip at playable odds.

No. 4 Strawberry Sundae (4-1) pressed slow fractions and faded in the stretch as the beaten favorite Feb. 8. She ran well in three straight local routes prior to her last, and the rebound candidate should be forwardly placed.
