#8 WINDMILL (7-2) shook free from the inside post and earned a quality number in a strong local front running debut win at this distance Jan. 23. She drew outside the other speed this time, and the $330k daughter of Street Sense earned excellent pace ratings in her bow and might be able to click right back for Larry Jones.

#2 Mariah’s Princess (7-2) ran well in her last pair at Fair Grounds and she has good tactical speed. She will need to run a bit faster to threaten these but might offer a bit more win value than the other top contenders. She graduated on a good track second time out and there should be moisture in the racetrack on Sunday.

#1 Goin’ Good (3-1) showed running style versatility in her two turf sprint wins. She went all the way in her bow and stalked and pounced second time out. There is pace to chase in this spot and she will probably try to tag the speed.

#5 Abrogate (5-2) won both starts as the favorite for Steve Asmussen and she earned a better speed rating in the mud second time out. She should make her presence felt throughout. The main concern is the amount of pace in this race. She attended below par fractions in her two starts, and she is going to have to run faster early this time.
