Sunday's Best Bet: Steal Sunshine takes the Oklahoma Derby

Sunday’s 11th race from Remington Park is the Grade 3 Oklahoma Derby for 3-year-olds traveling 1 1/8 miles on the main track. Scheduled post time is 9:14 p.m. EDT.

No. 1 Steal Sunshine (6-1) easily captured his last three outings. His last two wins were in the stakes ranks, and he should save ground before launching his rally for a productive jockey-trainer team. 

No. 4 Best Actor (9-5) won his first two starts this year, stepped up and was a close runner-up in the Indiana Derby (G3) July 9. Last time, he stalked and smartly won the Smarty Jones (G3). Brad Cox’s improving $330k Keeneland sales grad is a solid win contender. 

No. 5 Rattle N Roll (5-2) has had a long campaign for Ken McPeek. He rallied to win two of his last three stakes routes and will try to get involved late.
