No. 2 Rvalentina (5-2) graduated in a flat mile turf race at Lone Star on June 11. She battled on the pace and weakened at Del Mar on Aug. 12, and Jeff Mullins claimed her for $32k that day. She stalked, led and held the place last time, and sharp winner School Dance returned to win a local optional claiming turf route on Saturday. Mike Smith knows her now, and she might be the controlling speed.
No. 4 Classy (3-1) is a lightly raced maiden exiting a rallying show finish from the outside post in her second outing. She had early trouble last time, and Flavien Prat ends up here.
No. 3 Weemissgrammy (3-1) switched to turf, stalked the pace and defeated Classy last time. She is on the upswing for Peter Eurton.
No. 7 Sensible Move (15-1) might come running for a share. She finished well in a pair of local special weight turf routes over the summer, including a nice win on Aug. 26. She had an uncomfortable trip as a long shot in her first start vs. winners on Oct. 15.
