No. 8 Messidor (7-2) ended up stalking wide and completing the trifecta as the beaten favorite in the Noble Damsel Stakes on Oct. 22. It is tough to win a graded turf route with that kind of trip, and she kept plugging away in a better-than-appears effort. She reconnects with Joel Rosario and figures to sit back and blast home.

No. 5 Fluffy Socks (8-5) faced better graded turf routers in her last five starts, and she completed the exacta in three of those races. The pace was slow in the Rodeo Drive Stakes last time, and she launched a wide rally and went evenly in the lane. She is back home in New York and could easily rumble past these under Irad Ortiz Jr.

No. 6 Finest Work (4-1) is a sharp New York-bred with tactical speed. She ran well in all of her starts at this course and distance.

No. 4 Evvie Jets (9-2) was part of the trifecta in her last five starts. She won the Noble Damsel last time.
