Sunday's Best Bet: Honest Mischief can make amends in Amsterdam Stakes
Sunday's eleventh race from Saratoga is the Grade 2 Amsterdam Stakes for 3-year-olds dashing six and one-half furlongs on the main track (Post Time 6:38 p.m. ET).

#5 HONEST MISCHIEF (7-2) was the chalk in all three starts. He was 2nd in his debut, and aired in an extended sprint at Keeneland second time out. He was 6th in the Woody Stephens (G1) last time, and he actually ran a quality race. He broke slow from the inside post, and had to hustle up while losing critical inside position that day. That race was on Belmont Stakes Day, and the rail was golden. He swung up and was right in the thick of things before flattening out in deep stretch. The Chad Brown trainee should be right there if he breaks cleanly. Note that he lost both of his starts from the rail, and this middle draw should work out.
#12 Shancealot (3-1) could be a good one for Jorge Navarro. He just held in his Gulfstream Park debut Feb. 15, and returned with a strong front running victory at Monmouth Park June 23. He figures to be aggressively handled from the outside post under his winning rider Emisael Jaramillo.
#7 Wendell Fong (8-1) was compromised by a wide draw in the Woody Stephens, and he was beaten less than three lengths in a decent effort. He captured three of his first four starts and should stalk the pace under his regular pilot Jorge Vargas Jr.
