No. 10 Twilight Gleaming (9-2) missed the exacta for the first time when finishing fourth in the local Franklin Stakes (G3) last fall. She runs well fresh and should be all over the pace under her winning pilot Irad Ortiz Jr.
No. 4 Oeuvre (9-2) has been on quite a roll for Chris Block. She only lost one of her last ten starts and should make her presence felt throughout under her regular rider Jareth Loveberry.
No. 5 Amy C (6-1) captured her last three turf sprints at Santa Anita for Phil D’Amato. The competent turf sprinter figures to stalk the pace under Umberto Rispoli.
No. 3 Happy Soul (4-1) was last seen landing the place in the local Thoroughbred Club of America Stakes (G2) on dirt. She missed by a head in her lone turf stakes try last year.
No. 9 Miner’s Queen (15-1) won a local turf sprint last fall. Flavien Prat hops aboard and she should attend the pace.
