There is a good chance that we will be looking at a wet track under the Twin Spires on Saturday. #5 SILVER PROSPECTOR (8-1) switched to dirt and ran much better in his last pair. Steve Asmussen’s colt might get brave if able to shake loose early.
#3 Tiz the Law (7-5) easily won both starts around one turn in New York including the Champagne Stakes (G1). Barclay Tagg’s fresh colt could be a good one.
#4 South Bend (9-5) is 3-for-3 around one turn, and two of those wins were at Churchill Downs. He showed improved tactical speed in the Street Sense Stakes Oct. 27.
#1 Enforceable (8-1) probably wants more ground for Mark Casse. He improved in his last two dirt routes, and Florent Geroux got to know him a clear show finish in the Breeders’ Futurity.
