No. 5 SENSIBLE CAT (3-1) ran well in her last two turf starts at this distance vs. open optional claiming foes including a neck victory over next-out turf sprint winner Royal Address (IRE) Jan. 28. She runs well fresh and Juan Hernandez rides her well, and she appears capable of upending heavy favorite No. 2 Becca Taylor (4-5). The latter is a perfect 6-for-6. She exits a state bred stakes win at 6f on dirt, and she won her lone turf attempt at six panels last year. Flavien Prat is 2-for-2 with her and she chased from 2nd before pouncing on the early leader in those two races.

No. 6 Eddie’s New Dream (4-1) stalked wide from an outer post and ended up 3rd in the Sunshine Millions Filly & Mare Turf Sprint, and the top two finishers were next-out stakes winners.
