No. 1 My Flicker (4-1) was nabbed out of her last for $55k and her new trainer Brittany Russell is strong with her first after the claim starters. The five-time local winner has had some success at this extended sprint distance. She figures to save ground behind the speed and is capable of rallying for the win on her best day.

No. 7 Golden Tabby (9-5) was part of the exacta in her last seven sprints at shorter distances. The win type captured her lone attempt at seven panels and should be in the hunt throughout.

No. 2 Bay Street (6-1) is in good form for Katy Voss. She wired the field in the slop at one mile on Jan. 28. The runner-up and show finisher were next-out winners, and this filly stalked the pace and was second best at this course and distance on Feb. 17. She might have a bit more to offer in her third start after a layoff.

No. 6 Royal Whisper (7-2) settled for minor awards in her last six local starts. The versatile mare should be in the mix for the profitable Raul Mena and Michael Gorham team. She veered out from the outside post and rallied wide to finish a close third as the beaten chalk at 5 1/2 panels on March 1.

No. 4 Too Many Kisses (4-1) was part of the exacta in her last three local starts. She exits a late running victory at this course and distance, and might be able to maintain sharp form in her third start after a layoff.
