Saturday's Best Bet: Midnight Disguise can get there in Empire Distaff

Saturday’s 10th race from Belmont Park is the $250,000 Empire Distaff for New York-bred fillies and mares traveling one mile on the main track (Post Time 5:20 p.m. ET).

#9 MIDNIGHT DISGUISE (7-2) is fresh and might get the right setup. She likes this course and distance, and seems to be coming back to her winning 2018 form. Her new rider Joel Rosario is very good with closers.

#1 Newly Minted (5-2) and #10 Ratajkowski (3-1) are the two sharp favorites, and both should be forwardly placed.

#2 Bonita Bianca (10-1) won this race in 2018, but has been below top form in four starts this year. Jason Servis has not given up on her, and she likes Belmont (5 3-0-2) and will try to get involved in the stretch under barn go-to rider Irad Ortiz Jr.
