No. 3 Going To Vegas (5-2) landed minor awards in all four graded turf routes this year. In 2021, she won three stakes races including the Santa Ana and Rodeo Drive at this course and distance. She reconnects with her winning pilot Umberto Rispoli and should make her presence felt throughout in a race lacking front end speed.

No. 2 Fluffy Socks (2-1) makes her fourth trip to the West Coast for Chad Brown. She won the Jimmy Durante in 2020 and placed in the Del Mar Oaks and American Oaks last year. She completed the exacta in her last two graded turf routes at Monmouth Park and Saratoga.

No. 7 Family Way (5-2) fired trifecta shots in her last six graded turf routes including a victory in the Orchid at Gulfstream Park in the spring. The consistent mare will probably stalk the pace from the outside post under Mike Smith.
