#5 CHANNEL MAKER (7-2) is inconsistent, but he definitely can win this on his best day. Last year, he followed up an 8th place finish in the Manhattan (G1) with a win in this race. He won the Man o’ War (G1) at this distance May 11, and exits an even 4th in the Manhattan.

#10 Channel Cat (12-1) exits an okay 3rd in the United Nations (G1). He might be a cut below these but figures to attend below par fractions.

#1 Arklow (9-2) should save all of the ground from off the pace, and he can show positional speed when the pace is slow.

#3 Ya Primo (8-1) easily won all three starts in Chile earlier this year. Chad Brown has him now, and he sports a pair of local turf bullets for this.
