Saturday's Best Bet: Chance It a strong possibility in Smile Sprint

Saturday’s 10th race from Gulfstream Park is the Grade 3 Smile Sprint for three-year-olds and up dashing six furlongs on the main track (Post Time - 5:02 p.m. ET). 

#4 CHANCE IT (3-1) ran well in his first start in more than a year in his local prep for this engagement May 23. He tracked the pace from second, took the lead in the stretch, and was run down by fellow returnee #5 Double Crown (9-2). The former is very good around one turn and shows back-to-back bullets for this race. The latter always finishes in the top three and will try to get involved late. 

#8 Miles Ahead (4-1) steps into the graded stakes ranks and might be up to the task. The sharp stalking type can finish in the top three if he maintains form.   

#6 Diamond Oops (5-2) returned to dirt and gamely rallied for the win by a head June 5. He enjoys this course and distance, and Florent Geroux guided him to a pair of graded sprint wins last year.
